I purchased from this company as it came highly recommended to me. My items were received well packaged and very promptly. Unfortunately my flared leggings which were of excellent quality, were slightly too long in the leg for me so I had to reach out to Customer Services. My issue with my exchange was dealt with extremely quickly and very professionally. I can honestly say their Customer Services team have been the best I have ever experienced and there is no doubt in my mind that I will buy from this company again. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Well done Mooslover.

I was very impressed with the quality of their products.
The customer service was excellent, the courier failed to deliver my order and returned it to sender without my permission, the customer service team at Mooslover were so helpful and resolved the issue by replacing my order. I am highly impressed with how they handled the situation and would happily recommend them ans shop with them again.

The communication with Mooslover was very good with regards to exchanging a product and they responded very promptly explaining the process clearly.

I ordered 4 x pairs of leggings, the gym leggings were excellent length and quality however the flared leggings were too long, after emailing customer services I opted for an exchange for a different style, they customer service has been excellent with each response being efficient and polite. Looking forward to my exchanged items to arrive! Hopefully they fit☺️

I regularly buy from Mooslover and find their items very high quality. I only buy leggings for the gym from here as they are squad proof. This time I ordered the wrong size but they’ve manage to exchange my item quickly. Very friendly and helpful customer service.

Had to email to do an exchange due to the leggings not fitting me personally (nothing to do with the product it’s self it’s quality and fit/measurements are exact and as described), customer services were extremely helpful and return has been quick and easy, I have exchanged! Will definitely be ordering again, the quality and style of fits from mooselover are fantastic.

Mooslover are amazing , I only use this brand because of the quality of their items. I would never use any other brand! The leggings are supportive and not see through! They shape your body and most importantly are squat proof!
The customer services is spot on too, if you do need help or encounter problems. A quick fast response and all resolved within a day! Perfect , thanks Mooslover 💗
