Parking invoice received for car sold more than a year ago.

Got a parking payment invoice for car that was sold more than a year ago. Today, all of a sudden, I received an invoice. I used Moovy only once in Dec 2024. Later, deleted the app. Never used it. But one and half year after, realized that the car was still registered in moovy system on my name, camera activation still active and card details were still mine and active. After a long latent period, no further questions asked about card paymet confirmation or re-log in to confirm if its correct user. My question? What is the latent period for the details to remain active in their system? Why not a system in place to reconfirm the account before letting someone park after a certain period of inactivity? Security risk? I have lot of questions, customer service was unable to answer. Poor service. You pay through moovy app, reclamation or issues should be handled by them. But they ask to contact finavia. Poor service, Poor customer data protection, poor customer credentials handling. Highly not recommended. Would recommend alternative parking solutions.
