I have purchased 8 items so far from Mooyius and I am amazed at the quality of the fabrics. The styles are beautiful. If there’s a hiccup they fix it. One suit was to snug and they sent out another, so now I have two. A jacket was to snug and they sent out another.
I’m not quite understanding the negative ratings because my experience is for the most part very positive.

I would give them a zero if I could, I ordered a dress at the end of January that I did not receive until the end of March. The dress does not live up to the picture. The shopify service does not back up you up your purchase either. Even the other buy now-pay later firms do not assist you. I will never ever purchase from this firm again. If you are thinking of shopping with this firm stop. Stop now. Save your money and save yourself from a big fat headache. Run!!!! Don't do it. They are dishonest people and they are running a scam. they sell mediocre clothing and does not match the pictures. I am done with their poor customer service and dishonest practices, I have wasted $146-. They refuse to take it back if I don't pay to ship it back to China You have got your last dollar out of me.

🚨fraud alert!!! Mooyius is selling dresses they do NOT have. Several dresses I ordered (originally and as a replacement) were put of stock without any notification. It will take 4-6 weeks to get them shipped. Plan accordingly.

A scam
Ordered a dress in early February. I ask for an update. They say it's out of stock. They offer a replacement. They don't have the replacement. I ask for a refund. They offer a discount on my next purchase if I don't cancel. WHY would I order something else from you when I can't get my original order? Once you start asking for a refund their responses take longer. I'm still waiting to get mine. I'm on the verge of calling my bank. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Stay away from this site!!!
