It’s like this is the first time they are doing this or something .If being a casino is your business you should know how this process works and be transparent with your customers about it . Not vague sending AI emails . Moozi could have had the best review from me if they knew anything about customer service. Keep the customer informed and you keep them happy .
Update as of this morning my account on moozi has been updated and redemption has been reinstated I think but do not no for sure that 5000 is the max at a time not sure if you can do it multiple times a day or not but in my experience if you win big on moozi you will get paid just takes about 7 days for them to process it and maybe some email pressure. Process could be a lot more transparent but in the end I’m happy and would play with Moozi again

I’m giving a 4 star rating because I really like the site and my redemption was instant which was awesome. I did not like that I referred a friend and did not get the referral bonus. They told me I would have needed to “fill out my own KYC paperwork” as well as the person I referred before the bonus was “processed” and that it was rejected. No offer to fix it or allow us to do anything the needed to get the bonus and no offer to make up for the bonus in any way. I’m not sure how I would even fill out my own paperwork without doing it through the site. I’ve never heard of that and I play on a lot of platforms. I was verified enough to get my redemption but not to get the referral bonus so that was super disappointing and strange. Other than that I would recommend though!

IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEALS!
Deals on coins are basically non existent, some providers are trash. Others are not. Moozi’s Customer service just regurgitates the typical RNG/RTP jargon without any real value or appreciation. I’m only going three stars because the payout, once verified fully, is within SECONDS (At least for me anyway)!!! I clicked redeem, when it said “Congratulations!” I was notified of a deposit into my account.
