I gave 4 out of 5 stars because my initial attempt to redeem any winnings was complicated & the communication from support wasn’t the BEST, I was a little confused lol, but it got taken care of & fixed all in the same day, then my redemption request was approved & processed in like 5 minutes & the money was in my account pretty directly thereafter, so I am impressed. I think I’ll continue to use this platform tbh.

In my online gaming journey, Moozi was maybe the first site that I would've called "my favorite".
They have some neat slots... You don't find other places a couple of megawaya slots that I really dig that you won't find anywhere else. Lots of original in house software! once you verify your account with them you're into the Moozi fold and you can have fun with sweepstakes coins and explore all their products,
Redemptions are almost instantaneous which is maybe the most important thing to me as far as online gaming is concerned because if I don't get to cash my money out my sweeps out right away, it's like not getting a paycheck on payday you know? you don't wanna go back to that site.
I would have liked to see a little more attention paid from Support to customers in one instance.. . And an apology and an explanation was what I got. They luckily rounded up..
I still play on Moozi now and I will play on there for the foreseeable future they are one of my top 10 sites.

just because they cash out instantly doesnt excuse the fact that they use sly and crooked tactics to keep you from winning!!
