I got a charging cable that was in stock, which was supposed to be delivered in 3 working days. It’s been over a month and there’s ZERO information regarding the delay and/or when the product will be shipped. Customer service doesn’t provide any information or support. The delivery commitment they have in their web page is completely false! Even more surreal, they do not allow me to cancel the order. They say I have to wait to the cable to arrive and then return it, of course... they dont have an expected delivery date. THIEFS!!!!!!!
