Yaashiine was very helpful and informative with my order. I had ordered 3 black storage units, but only 2 were delivered initially. The following day, the remaining storage unit was delivered as expected.

The whole shopping experience was wonderful. Delivery was impressively fast, and the sofa arrived earlier than expected. The packaging was very secure and carefully done, so every piece was in perfect condition upon arrival. I bought the Logan dining set and was surprised at its quality. My roommate and I enjoyed sitting on the chair very much, the height of table and chairs are well designed so it’s quite cosy. Could tell the great quality from the weight of the table. And the color is also elegant.

My experience has been super easy with Mopio and I love my furniture! I appreciate the proactive and clear communication I received regarding my order delivery. Shipping for the cabinets I chose was delayed and I received a voucher for a discount on my next purchase. The cabinets are now set up in my dining room and they are sturdy and look amazing!

I purchased bruno 4 seat modular couch, outdoor dining set, and the sophie sleeper chair. It came within the week of ordering, very quick. There were minor cosmetic issues with chair and couch, felt was nicked, pillows flat. Outdoor dining set had splits, they replaced entire table and refunded 5% of couch and chair out of goodwill. I ended up purchasing another module armless chair because it feels alot smaller then our old sectional. It fits ALOT in the seats and I like that you can wash every piece. Back is not tall on couch, the table and chair height for others I like. You can make up for it by kicking feet up. Overall very pleased with how prompt they took care of issues.

I love my new Sophie convertible chair! It’s comfortable and I was amazed of how easy it is to put together! The support team was diligent to answer my shipping questions and everything else went smoothly.

Shipping was fast, assembly was easy just make sure you screw the doors high, I made a little mistake. They look sooo beautiful 😍 I am so impressed!!!

My delivery appeared to be delayed by a week but mopio’s customer service took my concerns seriously and got my shipments moving by the next day. Once I received my couch I fell in love. Not only was it easy to put together, but it’s also very comfortable and beautiful

We arranged with Amazon to return the furniture we bought. One of the sides had no holes drilled for the dowls on either end. There were just drill bit marks in all four locations.

On the other pieces, the dowl holes were of varying depth. In some cases, only about 4-6 mm of the dowel was sticking out. In other cases, only 6 to 8mm went into the hole. I could not be sure that on every piece the dowel would be long enough to adequately connect the two pieces.

Mopio customer support is pathetic. I went to the chat site listed in the instruction manual on Tuesday at about noon Pacific Time. After interacting with an automated chat, I was informed that no one was online to assist with my issue. At about noon on Wednesday, I got an email from customer service to say that they hoped my issue was resolved.

As it is, I have wasted at least two hours of my time unpacking the parts, starting the assembly and then disassembling and re-packing the parts.

The team at Mopio was wonderful to work with! They were kind and quick to respond.

This coffee table and end tables looked gorgeous and sturdy online… I decided to go for it and tried to enter a coupon code that no matter what we tried, wouldn’t work. I let the company know and they were so kind as to continually follow up with me and make sure I got a refund for the amount of the coupon. We have just put the furniture together and it is so beautiful and well-made. I couldn’t be happier!

my delivery isn't even here and you guys have not reached out or communicated with me about the delayed piece? I have zero idea when or if it is going to be shipped!

I purchased the Haylee tv stand and it arrived damaged. I contacted Mopio's customer service, shared photos of the damage, and they immediately sent me a replacement hassle-free (that one luckily arrived intact)!
I really appreciate not only the swiftness in response but how professional they were in helping me with this issue.
I put together the tv stand on my own and it was a piece of cake! It also looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you!

My wife and I ordered an sofa from Mopio and the order was promptly shipped to us. After receiving the furniture and assembling one of the pieces we realized that the size was not going to work for us. I contacted the company explaining my concerns and requested that we ship the items (9 boxes) back and get a refund. I was very impressed with the prompt communication we received from the company and without hesitation we were quickly sent prepaid labels for the return. in a nut shell, the customer service was outstanding. and would not hesitate to reorder from this company in the future.

Our furniture arrived very quickly (quicker than expected;)). It was extremely well-packaged. Everything was very easy to put together and looks as expected. It all feels solid. The seat cushion is definitely stiff. The extra pillow makes the chair more comfortable. It will be a perfect bed for the grandkids.
