Customer service via chat option have been strong communicators who have understood my questions the first time I communicate it.
I have not tried to withdraw funds yet, but based on everything else I anticipate that to be just as easy.

Used the promotion for €10 first race and was restricted after three wins. Had no problem getting the money i won from them so they are ok to use for match betting.
