Mopro has been great to work with. My website is great and the support has been outstanding.

They try to convince you that SEO is dead

I had also used them to develop my company website which was great until I was contacted by the company that they had copied from almost verbatim and in some cases verbatim. Luckily I was able to avoid being sued for copyright infringements that they was supposed to ensure was not the case. Avoid like the plague. As shady as the person that brought them to the table.

Scam Artist! Avoid mopro at all cost. I wasted two years with Mopro and spent well over $2,000 in fees. I was promised a website and the company that would help direct traffic to my site and have the ability to have customers contact me through my website. After 2 years I never received one single client. I also found out that I had had a few potential clients try to contact me on my site however mopro never sent the notifications to my email, even after they told me I would always receive an email notification. I didn't notice through my dashboard until months later. When I had contacted Mopro over the phone to ask about this the technician said "well are you doing what you're supposed to be doing on your end? I mean through marketing and all?" It was the most unprofessional comment I think I've ever experienced from a company. Finally I decided to check mopro on the BBB website low and behold there were hundreds of negative, comments of people just like me. I contacted Mopro and told them my concerns and told them I would like a refund. I offered to settle for 50% of the total because I figured as a professional adult I should be held 50% responsible. Even after admitting that they had messed up they would not refund me 50%. They tried to offer me more services. They offered 3 months free, then a discount Lol! 3 months is nowhere near how much I've lost. Services that they don't provide. Why would I stay with a company that would not make it right and hold themselves accountable for their part of the issue. If you care about your business and you want a company that will keep their promises, and actually help you with directing traffic to your site Mopro is not the company. They don't hold themselves accountable for their mistakes, and they will not fairly make issues right. Don't take my word for it, go check out their reviews on the BBB website. Don't be surprised if a class action lawsuit is filled against Mopro.

unfortunately, experience with MoPro was terrible, we realized it after one meeting that what was created for us, is an automatic template, without any supervision or attention to details. We asked to get a refund. That was rejected, So from our end, we've been scammed.

What a TERRIBLE experience I had with Mopro. They are impossible to get a hold of and never do anything right. Be prepared to wait ages if you need any support.

You are better off going to Fiverr or just building one yourself on Wix.
