Very rude customer service
Very rude customer service. One of the items was incorrect and I notified them right away. Instead of setting up a return or issuing a credit they responded asking for photos. It took time for me to provide them and they then refused to return or refund. I esclated it and they ultimately gave a refund (and told me not to use them in the future). They could have just said sorry, issued a refund and gained some customer goodwill. But by instead by being rude and telling me not to shop with them in the future the earn a 1 star review.

I don't know why you think it is strange to ask for photos of the products you have received, so we can correct our mistake.
Instead, you waited more than 6 weeks to respond back to us. When you receive a wrong item, we will provide a return label and send you the correct item. You are not entitled a refund, but we gave it to you anyway.
We have no idea why you not followed up quicker than 6 weeks, and then we have no idea in what condition the products have been kept.
