This company, also known as denalar.com, uses fraudulent advertising to sell their cheap products. I ordered some quilted laundry baskets, but as others have noted, what I received were cheap canvas baskets that are screen printed with photos of quilted material. I have not contacted the company yet to request a return and refund, but don’t expect to receive one. If I do, I’ll update my review.

This company needs to update their product description and remove the word “quilted” and stop misrepresenting their products.

This company is a FRAUD!! They LIE about their products and then when you complain - they offer you 15% off of your next purchase!!!

These are NOT quilted bags!! They are PICTURES of quilted bags - put on bags!!! They take FOREVER to receive the products and then to try and get a refund is even LONGER!!!

I wish I could post pictures of the product on here - so you can see for yourself!

I ordered 2 quilted products. The items I received weren't even cloth or quilted. When I contacted the company they don't want to resolve the issue in an equitable manner. I was offered 10-20% off a future purchase but they are not refunding my purchase price and shipping costs.

Advertised as “quilted.” NOT!!! Like other reviews, took a long time to arrive NO QUILTING, and made of printed cheap material. NOT AS ADVERTISED! Waste of money. Would like to know how I can spread the word faster so others are not taken in by false advertising.
Would give a “0” rating.

I ordered a queen size quilted bedspread p. Paid $139.99 for it. It took weeks to arrive. What i got is a p2 sheets with a print on one. It is not quilted. I requested a full refund like they advertised. They have not honored the refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM DENALAR/MORAELII. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Extremely disappointed with the laundry basket.
Just a picture printed on a canvas bag. Not one stitch of quilting anywhere. Took forever to get it. Kept trying to reach the company to get an estimated delivery date and the never replied to me. The least they could do is say they’re sorry they stole money from me. I gave it 1 star because there is no 0 star. Ordered it for a shower gift, too embarrassed to give it to the Bride. To late to shop for something else. I definitely was scammed

They advertised beautiful items online but when I ordered, I got a canvas print of quilted pictures on the laundry bags. And blouses that are far similar to what is pictured. I was so disappointed. They lied. And when I tried to return, they are giving them a very hard time. And would not accept a return. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are coming from overseas. Most likely Hongkong. IT'S A SCAM.
