Ordered online and never got the product. Now they're shut down. Bunch of thieves.

I ordered a jacket in a large size. When it came, it was small at best. I have tried numerous times to contact you but no response. I have tried emails texts and your website.
I have no idea what to do, but I am extremely unhappy with my dealings with you

same as everyone else in the comments. Coats arrived late and were way too small. No response from company when trying to contact via email.

It seems I've been trapped like many others, no response when I contact them by email. I think the only way I'll be reimbursed is by making a retro-billing (rétro-facturation in french), which is a request you make to your credit card company. Don't waste your money with this company.

same as everyone else .ordered 3x in coat.can,t even get the sippers together.with be giving it away because i,m not going through the Bullshit too get my money back.stay away from this scam.

Ordered a product sized 3XL from them ...the Thomas Jacket... it arrived with the tag saying its 3XL...took a measure to it and its 22" at the waist. Asked for help several times, emailed them since its the only way to contact them. Still havent heard anything from them..

Cant get a refund, cant get an exchange, not even the courtesy of a response, its been a week and their website says they respond within 24hrs.

Beware, do not buy from this company and website. The products are substandard, cheaply made, and are not made of the materials as advertised. The sizing is also very small. There is no ability to return the merchandise even though they have a comprehensive return policy. Impossible to contact them for a return or refund.

Beware. Do not buy from this company. Delivered a substandard product that does not match the product description or sizing. Used a Canadian web site as a front for a Chinese company. Guaranteed a return refund on their product but there is no capability to return and no contact information that actually works. I will never buy from them again.

I don’t recommend. Arrived quick but way to small. The size chart is not accurate.
Try too get refund can’t call. Just email but no response. I made the order in 23 of October. Still no rep’y to my emails

I’d still love to get a refund but I should have known better.

Terrible. Cheap Chinese garbage that would barely fit a child. Not even close to the original M65 jacket that was advertised. No response from customer service for refund.
Will never buy again. Not worth even one star.

Ordered a coat. Size ok but materials are very cheap, color is different, not what on picture the website. Sleeve on picture is different condition. Very disappointed, will never back to buy. No respond for emails to return item but they forwarded email for satisfactory review which you cannot leave via website. It's like a bad joke.
