From initial visit to discuss our requirements, through to installation of the windows today, the company has been absolutely brilliant. All deadlines were kept and the windows look great- such a huge upgrade on what we had before. The 3 installers managed 6 windows in a day despite really blustery conditions, and cleared up extremely well- a great bunch, very polite and professional. I would recommend More-Living to family and friends without hesitation- we are delighted.

Firstly the assessment by Adam was amazing a true gentleman, he was professional and humorous, an asset to the company. Jonathan the manager was very nice and informative and gave myself and my husband great assurance that a sound job would be completed. We payed the deposit of 918 and are currently awaiting an assessment of our property for the windows to go into manufacturing. So far I’m very pleased by the service they provide and would highly recommend their services to anyone wishing to purchase new windows and doors

I had five windows fitted in a day professionally done and finished off the guys fitting them were polite and just got the job done well please with windows.

Excellent quality and service.The fitters respected my home and covered the stair carpet so as not to get it dirty.I would recommend this company to anyone.The workmanship is above and beyond.

Initial meeting was very informative, agent very polite and friendly.
Survey for new windows done and date arranged for fitting quicker than we had hoped. Only issue was that fitting had to be postponed due to previous job overunning. That said it was rearranged for following week.
On the day team arrived promptly.
Very polite and friendly. Windows fitted without any issues and cleared up and tidied before leaving.
Very please with the windows and finishes.

From start to finish we were impressed. We had booked appointments with 3 companies for quotations for our French doors but after having our visit from MORe Living salesman, we cancelled our other companies and ordered our doors with MORe. Salesman was very helpful, informative and honest and we appreciated that approach. Once ordered we received a call to confirm our order an were told that our doors would take around 4/5weeks to be manufactured. We received another call about 5 days before installation date to confirm doors were ready and agree time for fitting. The installation guys were great, did a good job with our doors, cleaned up and mess and were friendly. We are delighted with our doors which look great fitted

More living Renovations were excellent.the workmen arrived in time and were very careful with everything. I am really impressed with my new windows. The men also tidied up and vacuumed all of the dust etc

From start to finish the process has been so easy & stress free. Everything was explained very clearly & I was shown a sample window as well. When the fitters came in, they were friendly & professional. They worked quickly & efficiently. The window usage was clearly explained. They look great. I'm really pleased with them.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We had our windows replaced from old white units to Anthracite Grey. The quality of the window it’s self is absolutely outstanding. The salesman David showed us the unit and we were so impressed. We know have it in our house and wow. The Yale smart system is very impressive. I would recommend. Well done morr living.

What a service. The girls in office were easy to deal with, the representative that came to give me my quote was very clear and thorough. Lewis in the office couldn't of been more helpful and the fitting team nothing was too much effort and they cleaned up after themselves. would definitely recommend

I tryd to cancel my windows and it's now two weeks later and I'm still trying to get my deposit back £2630 how hard can it be to deposit money back into the bank u took it from so easily. now come on. The windows ar nice but the PRICE not so but they'll say anything to get ur money STAY WELL CLEAR. Ok you said 14 day as normal procedure that's fine but it eventually took use 3 and a half weeks and if I can remember right 4/5 phone calls. Also can u tell me why on trust pilot I'm getting asked for my phone number I've already given u the date the your sales person was out and don't have the reference number anymore as I put the paper work in the bin but if u want I've got the sales person's number because he contacted me the other day with a message to see if I want to go ahead with the deal he made last year.

Nothing but problems with this company wrong size front door over size window that they tried to fit and smashed the lintel to get it in and then take for ever to try and put it right this is over a month ago now and still waiting, would I recommend no never.please read the small print because it says they are not responsible for any damage to your property. It is now 2 months after the said event and I have only just got them to send someone qualified to have a look at it and it was not looked at by the window fitters yesterday (at least not to my knowledge) and has they have said they are window fitters not builders so it’s not them I want a decision from.

MORe living installed my windows providing excellent service from start to finish. The initial discussion visit was no hard sell but thoughtful and knowledgeable. Ordering and delivery of the windows was efficient. Installation was careful, swift and tidy. Dealing with the office was straightforward and friendly. I would recommend this company.

Excelent they cleaned up after fitting my windows and doors there was render to do which they did they was respectful and fast workers they even went out of Thier way to fix my door lock for me on my other door if you want a professional job with high quality windows and doors then living renovations is the company to go for we were using our heating all the time even in summer now we don't need to use the heating thankyou so much for doing an excellent professional job and service

Excelent service the filters did an excellent professional job out old windows and doors had so many drafts now we notice how much warmer it is they have lots of choice on windows and doors which you can select which one you like really high quality windows they also fixed a lock for me as it was broken they tied up after themselves as well very respectful of property and courteous thankyou more living renovations ltd we couldn't have got a better company

I got 5 new windows done at the end of march and all has been great. So this time it was a new front and back door. Scott and Liam did a great job. Arrived early morning and worked hard until early afternoon. Cleaned up after themselves. Really pleasant guys. Would once again recommend this company. No issues whatsoever. From start to finish.

I had four windows and a front door replaced and they all look amazing. They even cleaned and vacuumed so I wasn't left with a mess.
The whole process of getting measurements, quotes and choosing what I wanted was just perfect. They were prompt, polite, and respectful. Customer service has also been really great. I never felt forgotten as they strive to resolve any problems.
I would recommend this company to anyone. An honest 5 stars.
