Customer Service is nonexistent
I have purchased many More Pro watches. Upgraded them through the years. My husband loves the products. Unfortunately the watch bands break quite often and need to be replaced. As the company is located in China it comes over on the slow boat.
Our last purchase in October 2025 was the Pulse Max Fall Detection Watch. My husband loves everything about the product. But not even 6 months later the hole in the watch head ripped out rendering the watch useless. I have sent numerous emails to all the emails provided and the chat line. No one has answered me yet. Customer service is nonexistent. Good luck if you need help
