shoes are not as described
shoes are not as described, on website says shoes built with height boosters, they are not, they are removable insoles, the quality is terrible the smell of plastic that comes from them is lethal, could only refund 60% for unusable and uncomfortable shoes that are useless as they feel as thin as paper. Customer service horrible, these items are just dropshipped from a cheap chinese factory that’s why these issues have occurred.

Trendy trainer
Shipping was well tracked. I really like the style of the shoe. I got the trainer. I am a UK size 9 so probably could have done with a size 10 to make them more comfortable, especially with the inserts. That could just be though as I seem to go between a 9 or a 10 depending on brands. Trainers are made of good quality and I have noticed the increase in height even without the inserts.

Avoid. Refusal to honour a full refund for items not as described.
I purchased a pair of boots that were not as described. I contacted customer support and asked for a full refund.
I repeated this request at least three times.
Instead of honouring that request, I was offered:
• a 20% refund
• then a 40% refund
• then a 60% refund
Each time, I clearly stated I did not want a partial refund. I do not want the shoes. I want a full refund.
I have now been told that 60% is their “maximum resolution”, which is simply unacceptable. I’m not negotiating percentages for an item I don’t want and didn’t receive as described.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to wear customers down rather than resolve issues fairly. What’s wrong with a company that refuses to refund goods properly and instead keeps pushing partial refunds and freebies?
Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from Morenzio based on how they handle complaints and refunds.

Shein quality cheap and nasty misleading trainer
You can buy the same pair on shin for £12, instead I paid £57, the adverts were misleading and they still don’t change it , the height increase comes from
What looks like door wedges , feels like walking in high heels on ice , terrible design and cheap looking quality straight from China , probably same factory as Shein get theirs from . No show box just chucked in a bag. Offered me 20 then 40% cash back but there was no way I was keeping them unless I had 80% back and even then I still feel short changed they were that bad. Never again . People 2 months ago complained of the same but they still continue to sell them by misleading people . Their advert said no awkward insoles , that was a lie . Time to change your mis leading adverts and cheap and nasty trainers . How you said they were down from Over £100 is just laughable .
