The lawyers are greedy and ridiculous!

The lawyers are greedy and ridiculous!! That's why they want u to write review right away!! They literally threw me to another case worker and she tells me that I need to do all the treatment looking myself, and go to my PCP and get to back doc myself: are u serious???? And this second manager of my case tells me that all this time passed and it's counted against me because I didn't get treatment when they were the ones who were supposed to provide the treatment for me right away. Why am I supposed to pay for my own treatment? The case should have been started to have been an investigated. And then I see what they're doing if they see that that case is not going to make him a lot of money then they're going to drop you like a hot potato. I'm so disappointed it's beyond belief! They're not for the people they don't care about people at all! The communication is ridiculous none of them were responding to me and at the same time I have to take care of my five-year-old who's on the spectrum and she came at me and told me that I was supposed to get all the treatment myself are you kidding me? That's not how this thing works they're supposed to provide me a chiropractor right away, and my case is pretty straightforward so I don't even understand what the hell is all this BS about oh it don't even know if the case is going to go through what do you mean? My case is straightforward I got to incident report card and I cracked my back hitting that metal bar on the SEPTA bus.. so now I see what's going on they want you to sit there and wait until they figure s*** out and you're wasting your precious time I don't want to have these lawyers anymore I'm going to look for another lawyer and I suggest to everyone who had a smaller accident because apparently unless you break all your freaking bones and you make the millions that's when they take care of you and they kiss your ass but when you have an accident that had a big impact on you but it's not visible they don't really give rip! I'm so pissed off that I went with them and now I have to contact them on Monday and tell them I don't want them as lawyers because they're ridiculous! Do not go to big lawyers please don't do that you going to waste your time and then after months they're going to tell you oh your case is not good and now you stuck with the pain. It's really sad that one of them lawyers talk about on the phone when you just call them that he became a lawyer because his brother or something had something happen to him come on man you forgot where you came from you got all that money and now you don't care about no one. Like I said they treat you like crap that don't respond at all how did I get another case manager and I wasn't even notified? I am beyond disappointed it's ridiculous they have that four point something star on their side that's because that's their own people giving them reviews. So this review site is the best review side so I suggest for anybody if you want to find out about any law firm or any other company online or any site go to trust pilot

Only for the People Who Can Make Me Richer!

“For the People” is John Morgan’s mantra?
John Morgan’s net worth reported to be: ONE AND A HALF BILLION DOLLARS
That and the treatment i’ve gotten trying to get him to consider my case leads me to believe his mantra should be
“For the People who Can Make Me Richer”
Have you seen the Morgan and Morgan commercial where John Morgan explains what was done to his brother which drove him into law practice?
Well I sent this to him to see if this billionaire is really for the people or just the people who can make him rich. If anyone can afford to take this case, not for the possible monetary reward but mainly to change the way the medical community is happy murdering a patient by chemo solely because her case is rare and don’t care there is an antidote that could save her John Morgan could do this, he’s worth 1 ½ billion dollars.

This is what I sent Morgan and Morgan

This is a Wrongful death about oncologists who administer chemo without informing the patient that it could kill her in hours if it is a rare situation the medical community is well aware of and chooses to knowingly let chemo kill these people instead of performing a simple test or having the antidote on hand in the event it is needed. They know the patient would die without the antidote and lead her on to believe she would get better.
I’ve heard John Morgan’s story about his brother, this story is worse and it’s about my wife. Before I share the details I would like to ask John Morgan to watch this video of the president of the seminary where she worked for 27 years and read what her supervisor said to all the seminary students about her character and value to the seminary. If John believes this woman deserves justice from a medical community that is sworn to do no harm, a medical community that should be forced to never again ignore a life/death situation simply because it is rare then he can tell me himself how he feels about it and then I will give him all the details.
If the billionaire John Morgan who says he is “for the people” cannot give this the consideration it deserves then do not bother getting back to me.

The next day I got a voicemail from an employee asking to speak to me about my case however I have my phone set to not ring from unknown callers so I didn’t see the voicemail. For 4 days I got a call from them every day, but they never left a voicemail those times. Then I noticed the voicemail and returned the call. The person I spoke to wasn’t a lawyer and asked me about the case which demonstrated to me she had not even read the information I sent.
I told her to read what I sent, she wouldn’t or couldn’t. So I told her when she reads it she can have John Morgan call me back. She said she just wanted to pass me on to someone so I said ok connect me.
Another woman answered.
I said are you a lawyer? She said no but started asking me questions. I asked her if she had read what I sent, she said no. So I told her she can have a lawyer who has read what I sent present it to John Morgan and he can call me.
As she hemmed and hawed I interrupted her and said unless you do what I asked, you can forget about me because I’m not interested in jumping through your hoops when no one has even read what I sent, and your response to it is to call me every day without leaving any voicemail.
My case was directed to John Morgan and obviously he isn’t for the people or I wouldn’t be treated like this.

I never heard back from Morgan and Morgan after that.

So what do you think? I sent this case to other lawyers and not one treated me like this. Morgan and Morgan is big because their strategy is to have the largest possible net to screen for the most lucrative lawsuits, especially slam dunks which they will take while leaving “the people” whose suits, in their judgement, may not be capable of a big score, to die.

Rude representative and weird “rule” about denying to take the case (which is fine) but not giving out the reason why

I’ve spoken to several lawyers who could not take this case but they all gave me a reason-they don’t handle dental malpractice. I called Morgan and Morgan and they said no but refused to tell me why. I was pretty surprised and asked them why they can’t or won’t say why but the lady just said they have some ridiculous rule about not giving out the reason why, which they reserve the right to do. The lady also confirmed that she emailed and texted me resources but I shockingly didn’t get anything. Would give negative stars if I could.

Also, for a laugh: when you call Morgan and Morgan and you are on hold, there is a message from one of the Morgan’s on loop saying he may be rich, but he’s still one of us and that he is in this to help. No, hahaha…

These jokers took my case two years ago…

These jokers took my case two years ago for a disability claim. PTSD Cancer COPD and severe arthritis with multiple surgeries. Haven't heard anything from them in over a year. Nothing. One month before my court hearing they dropped me. No reason just boom dropped! The lady who we spoke to on the phone was very rude and talked to us like we were standing in a parking lot of a truck stop. Very low IQ. I've worked for over 37 years many of those were for the aerospace industry making components of the space program. I've never been treated with this much disgrace! EVER! So one month before I go to court they back out of everything they promised me. Unbelievable. Definitely running some kind of racket what? We'll find out because I'm reporting these used car salesmans to every government agency that will listen. Your on notice Morgan and Morgan! Investigation Time! We The people are watching you! Liars and thieves!

These people will not give you your money. They just have your money. They get paid but they don't want to pay you. I've been owed for a couple weeks now and still have yet for them to take the check that they have in their hand and give it to me beating around the bush. I get no phone calls. I get nothing. No response at all. Don't use these people

A Lost Client

I am a retired Medical Professional and reached out to M&M to ask for representation. In 2025 I had a very serious Back Surgery at UF, I was asked to detail my Surgery experience and what my claim was about. I did that in detail. After the call I was dismised and told they were not inteersted. The young Lady hardly spoke English and did not know of UF or Gainesville Florida ! Beyond Unprofessional. I have to wonder if John Morgon ESQ knows he is loosing Busines!

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company. Im left in deeper debt than what I started with ! Their communication is the worst. After my accident upon first contact, the team assigned was okay. Then when they sent WHAT I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE, Was a Authority to Represent letter. They, (Devoney & James) my contact people advised me to get medical treatment to help with the case. I specifically asked the question. What happens if I start these treatments and something happens that the case don't go through? (QOUTE) We are a large company and would write them off ourselves. Maybe the light should have turned on in my head BUT I went ahead. Then one day out of nowhere I got a voice message saying they no longer represented me with no explanation! Perhaps they show my SIZE DIDNT MATTER, AS their saying goes! Size matter! Sure if they are getting far behind the financial benefits. Now im stuck with a $5000 medical bill that I shouldn't have occurred. I will use every speaking engagement and platform I have and every opportunity I get to WARN people of this Horrible situation they put me in. I advise any one that looks this company up to PAID ATTENTION TO THE BAD REVIEWS ON THIS panel and BBB website.

Morgan and Morgan, a lot of fluff no compassion

First, thank you for the forum. I had a slip and fall and I reached out to Morgan and Morgan. I sent pictures and all information regarding my injury, the representative then congratulated me on Morgan and Morgan for becoming a client (didn’t know what that was about). After they received my pictures and information they called and told me sorry but, we will not be moving forward with your case. I asked why Morgan and Morgan didn’t want to represent me and they said after careful review the case just wasn’t solid enough. I was shocked because it was a slip and fall on black ice that said they could not see, then wanted to refer me to a smaller affiliate of theirs (say what?). I respectfully declined their offer and went with a smaller but, more competent firm that I was very familiar with. Siegel Law not only took care of me right away, they understood the assignment. Never was I made to feel like my case was insignificant with Siegel Law of Paramus, NJ. Morgan and Morgan is a big firm with no heart.

After 5 months

After 5 months, the firm finally decided to decline representation for me. Idc but it's just the principal. And just a little FYI, if you're ever involved in a hit and run, go to another firm. PERIOD 💯

The worst law firm ever!

After being with this law firm they dropped my case after 6 months because I made a complaint of staff's incompetence and unprofessional behavior. They talk to you rudely and have zero communication. Going to a smaller law firm now who won't treat you like you're basically nothing! I gave them 1 star, but if I could I'd give them a zero!!

They refuse to take 2 of my cases

They refuse to take 2 of my cases. Both of them where I have permanent injuries, but I guess they felt they could not get enough money out of the cases. I don't know, but yet.The advertised that they take the smallest of cases, extremely frustrated and false advertisement.

I have had the same issues as everyone…

I have had the same issues as everyone else. Gave the answers to the call center rep they didn’t take down correctly. Gave the same answers to the first paralegal that didn’t get taken down correctly . Gave the same answers to a second paralegal and I’m sure they didn’t get them down correctly. Sent them all the work paperwork as well as all medical documents they need including MRIs and was promised a call from a lawyer 3 times and sat around for the entire day each time with no call no email. The only way I got in touch with them was by calling the main number and complaining. Sent an email on a Friday and a text because they didn’t call again letting them know I was going to find another lawyer if they didn’t call by Monday and they text and email me today surprised I was getting a new lawyer. No communication, no organization, and no respect at all. False advertising to say the least. For as much of your money as they plan to take it’s a scam and a rip off. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.

Poor Customer Service I had to call and…

Poor Customer Service I had to call and Emailthe paralegal at least three times before she would call me back. Sometimes it was time sensitive issues.
When it came time for mediation and settlement, my attorney did not fight for me. Matter of fact, he urged me to wrap up the mediation, even though we were far apart from the defendants offer. Then, when I finally settled unknowing to me a large chunk of my settlement included medical bills, which should’ve been assigned to the defendant, not me. My attorney got more money than I did, and I had severe injuries that were life-changing and now require me to use a cane. I’ve also required subsequent surgeries following the settlement and will never be the same after the accident I had. I feel cheated. They did not “fight for me”.

Getting nowhere at what cost

So far, I am seeing nothing is being done, and I am concerned that all of this "nothing" and refiling/resubmitting the same paperwork without communication or updates or records is going to be at a huge cost. I would have done better on my own. Truly. Original person assisting left position, and I had been communicating with an abandoned email. There is so much that has happened that is both unprofessional and unhelpful. I want a letter of withdrawal. It's too late for anything good to come from this, and I'd advise people to look elsewhere. Trying to get help from the office when the person being employed to build your case is MIA is a nightmare. They are so rude, and you can get the run around. I requested a new representative. I have contacted the old one 3 times without hearing back, and no word from M&M. They do not like to be bothered. The name on my paperwork is different from the 2 individuals who were assisting me. I am at a loss. Who is building my case? NO ONE.

I made the biggest mistake hiring Morgan and Morgan, in the beginning they were right on, it's been 17 months, I have no idea the status of my case, no communication, when I called and talked to the Case Manager, she said they did not receive hospital records which was sent, they are lost--think twice about putting your injury case in their hands
