Buyer beware. Purchased a turtleneck. Not only the material looks completely different but the picture of the model had long sleeves while the item received had much shorter sleeves. The worse is the return policy which requires you to pay for shipping and duties back to China. Will NEVER buy from this company again

Dreadful - quality so poor. Fake website .. stuff straight from China.. website frontslije a shop in Toronto etc. 30 day refund .. a joke u need to send and arrange back to China and customs!!

Like several other reviews I thought I was ordering from a reputable Vancouver company. I ordered 2 purses that were both described as leather. One of them is practically a plastic bag and the lining sounds like plasticized paper. I will be donating it immediately as I would never use it. I don’t think the other one is actually leather but if it is fake it is a much better fake leather and the lining is better and I will use it. Don’t be fooled like I was.don’t deal with this company

The product I received was described as soft leather. There is nothing leather about the purses I received. The are soft vinyl. I thought I was purchasing from a Vancouver based company. I read the return policy and I have to return to China. No address in China. What a disappointment!!

The whole advertisement is a lie, they make you think they have an actual store in Vancouver, even show you a picture of a fellow making the purse. The purse is not leather as advertised. It's from China and the whole advertisement is false. They said the purse was on sale for $100.00 regular $200.00 because they were closing and it was the last day to order. Lies, upon lies.
I went to post office today to return the purse, it would cost $91.18 with tracking more than I paid for purse (89.95). Morgan's told me it had to be tracked. Also they give you 30 days to return. It would take approximately 2 weeks to get there with no interruptions. I've had the purse for a week as I've been fighting with Morgan's. They have you.

I ordered 3 sports bras and received my order but was very disappointed in the fit and comfort level of the product. I read their return policy and sent an email to the email address they provide on the website to get a return authorization, and they keep replying and saying that they don't have record of my email address or order#. So now I'm F#@%Ed and am out $150. There is no phone number to contact them and I have tried several times to contact them from the "Contact" section of their website and haven't had a reply from them yet!!
And.... you have to pay to send your return back to China....!!!! So much for a Vancouver Company!!!
NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

I have placed an order more than a week ago. The status of the order has not changed since then, so I write an e-mail to inquire about my order. I have not gotten any answer from the customer service other than an automated one about that they will write.

Update:
They have cancelled my order saying it cannot be processed due to athuorization issues. But they refunded me in a few days in the end.
All in all it was not a good experience, since I did not get the item I wanted and then I had to worry for two weeks about it.

ordered shoes an received a email to say shoes are coming but that was over 3 mths ago tried to email but guess what email doesn't exist.

Buyer be aware. I have order a pair of shoes and it's been over a month and haven't received them. I have emailed and no reply. They now don't even have a website anymore. Very upset.

Wow! I have been buying from Morgan for the past 15 years. I even brought from their shop in when i visited Paris. I thought it was great when began to ship online and internationally. My recent experience just place this business on my DO NOT CALL list. This is the worst business i have encountered. I always thought Morgan was an upmarket business but they have gone down to the bottom in my estimation. I ordered items that i did not receive 2 weeks ago and this company have done nothing. They fool you into thinking they have a telephone number by using a telephone contact symbol but there is no number. You end up having to wait for days while they hold onto your money with no explanation or goods received. I am NEVER ORDERING FROM MORGAN AGAIN. They had me complete a declaration form which i did and I sent it back to them and that was 5 days ago. DHL said the package was delivered but there is no signature or picture and i have nothing i spent over $150.00. BUYER BEWARE!!

ordered a jacket wasnt the one that i ordered have sent many emails asking for details how to send back and all i get back from them is the same email each time you will be put in a queue and we will get back to you !!

i feel they just do this until you eventually give up

Stil havent got the product. I can’t get through. No customer care. I’m more than angry.

Think twice before ordering you might get nothing.

I ordered from Morgan Web shop last month some items. I don't understand the negative opinions about the service and sending, my experience is very positive. The delivery came from France to The Netherlands within one week. All items I ordered were delivered. The quality is very good, price very reasonable, clothes are very well made. I will definitely continue buying in this shop.

Absolutely horrendous customer care. Before ordering I have asked about delivery& return conditions and was reassured they are for free and now that I wanna return they are charging me!!!
I have raised the complain but they took 0 responsibility for misinforming me!!! And now I need to cover crazy shipment cost…

The price is quit expensive for the quality. The quality is not super bad, but you can buy the same quality at a cheaper place. Next to that I wanted to return the dress I bought and send them an e-mail and asked a question on the site itself. I never got an answer which forced me to keep the dress! I'm never buying here again.

Exaggerated prices and very low quality, paid 200£ for a faux leather jacket which after 6 months had to be thrown into the trash can, it was litterally falling into pieces !
Comparable to chinese quality. Nevermore!

I returned my order and received confirmation that they had received it. However, I did not receive a refund. I contacted the customer service by phone but they couldn't do much because they only spoke French (very strange if you want to deliver internationally). Then I sent them an email and I got the same useless answer every time. Eventually I had to call my bank so they could arrange this for me, and after 3 months of emailing back and forth I finally got my money back. Very bad policy and even worse customer service! I do not recommend ordering anything here.

I placed my order online and it was delivered promptly at the wrong shop. I contacted CS for a refund and they were so nice and called me back up to tell me that all was taken care of and I would receive my refund. The truth is they did FA. I had to call them several times also the wrong branch they sent my order to and my parcel was still there and not returned to Morgan. I called up CS again and they told me to contact the wrong branch to sort it out but I said no. I could tell by the tone of the lady at SC also didn't give a hoot. So I put my foot down and told them to get it sorted.
The problem began due to a tech issue still on their website.
I must say that the service I had in store was way better than ordering online. I eventually got my refund but anyways that's it for me so Adieu Morgan.
