Superb customer service at a level you would never expect. I enquired about viewing a Honda CRV as my car had been written off. Had a prompt reply and soon had a viewing arranged only to be later cancelled due to an unforeseen problem with the car. Thought this was very open and honest of Morgan who explained the problem without hiding anything. Later that evening I received a video expressing their disappointment that the car couldn't be ready to view and was even offered the use of a courtesy car while I waited for the problem to be rectified (bearing in mind I hadn't even viewed the car yet or committed to buy it).

The next morning I received many WhatsApp voice messages and videos updating me on the progress of finding the problem. Soon had a message letting me know all was now well with the car and was ready for viewing.

On viewing later that day, the car turned out to be everything I had hope it would be, and I was taken care of very well by everyone.

I honestly can't praise these enough. Amazing customer service that you just don't get anymore these days. I definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for a quality used Honda CRV. Trust me, don't go anywhere else.

I broke down and manage to get to them.... They were brilliant. They made to source the part and went the extra mile to get me back on the road. I was a 100 miles from home and can't thank them enough

After months of struggle trying to fund and find the right car, I can honestly say it was a total nightmare. I viewed so many vehicles that looked great online but were disappointing in person. Worse, the sellers didn’t inspire any confidence.

I purchased a Mercedes A Class from Morgans motors today, which I am over the moon with. Morgan and his team were great from start to finish. Morgan contacted me the day after making the reservation to make arrangements for collection. On arrival and inspection the car was immaculate,freshly serviced, MOT'd and valeted ensuring that the vehicle was in tip top shape. If you're looking for an honest dealer who take the time to run through everything with you, rather than the standard pressure buying from corporate businesses, this is the place! I'm not one for reviews in the slightest, but feel that Morgan and James especially deserve the recognition for what was an easy decision to make seeing how they operate. I've recently bought a used Honda CRV off Morgan,, , he's is a great guy to buy a car from ,,he really goes out of his way to make sure the car is in tip top condition. I feel I've been very lucky to find such a helpful motor trader like Morgan..

Morgan's attention to detail, his workmanship and his knowledge is first class. My Patrol needed some major work and when I went to collect it, I lifted the bonnet and knew straight away that the work had been done right. The engine and bay was like that of a new car. There was some issues with the Patrol at first, which was due to the rebuild of the fuel pump now delivering the correct dosage and the build-up of carbon on the inner of the cylinder head and piston top, burning off. After running the wagon for a few days, it was performing perfectly and Morgan was there all the way. I need to get some repairs to the chassis and I'll be in touch with Morgan to arrange a date.

From the moment that I spoke with Morgan on the telephone to the second that I drove away I had nothing but an exemplary customer experience. Everything was very well explained and all aspects of the vehicle and the sale were covered. And Morgan certainly knows everything about Honda CRV models.

Excellent service from Morgan Cars of Warrenpoint. I had a part exchange which I took to them from mainland UK and did the deal there and then to drive away in my new car last month! Paul was very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process and even afterwards when I had some registration queries. First class and credit where it is due.

Purchased a CRV off Morgan Motor last week,Morgan made it so easy no pressure to buy, he knows Honda cars backwards , lots of information on how best look after the CRV and best oil etc to use, the CRV looked great when we went to collect it , valet , service , 6 months warranty , if you are looking for a CRV take my advice make an appointment to view the many CRV's

After owning two CRV s over 16 years we had a change to a different make of car. After just a year we could stand it no longer ! Luckily for us we found Morgan’s Motors near Henley in Arden and we are now the lucky owners of lovely shiny black CRV . Morgan and his team are amazing and Vicki and I highly recommend them. My daughter bought a 'used' Honda CRV about 4 months ago.
Power steering pipe had a leak, Morgan had his mechanics renew the pipe and fluid, also renewed oil in rear axle. First class service and even loaned my daughter a car whilst hers was being worked on. Can't thank Morgan and his staff enough, 5 Star Rating. Excellent.

A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!
We recently bought a Honda Jazz from Morgan and what a great experience it was. From the first phone call Morgan was extremely helpful and informative, answering any questions and concerns we had. After looking for some time we came across Morgans which was a breath of fresh air after dealing with many other untrustworthy car dealers. Purchasing a new car should an exciting experience that comes without worry or concern and Morgan offers this in spades. We were shown the car in full and Morgan explained all of the work that had been done to the car which included new Brake Calliper's, Brake pads, new battery, CVT gearbox oil change, service, MOT, and new number plates.. The car had been presented to its best ability having gone through a full Valet. We were given plenty of time to take the car for a test drive and didn't feel rushed in anyway. We came away with confidence and the car is a dream to drive. We will be going back when the car requires a service and look forward to dealing with Morgan in the future. If you want to buy with confidence and complete peace of mind, we would highly recommend .

I brought a Honda Jazz from Morgan and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. He gave a quick response to our enquiry and given an appointment without taking any charges. He kept me updated through the Whatsapp about the car. He came to pick us from a near point.
After we got there, he explained every thing about the car and we went for a test drive through the beautiful place. His support and advice are great. He has provided the car in good quality. He changed the oil, oil filter, air filter. pollen filter and given a new set of registration plate and MOT.
Morgan and his team are highly professional, friendly and most of all he is a honest person. I highly recommend Morgan's Motor for any one who looks for Honda cars.

Recently had a service on my Honda Civic through Morgan’s. Very professional and knowledgeable. Car came back clean as a whistle. Great value and service.

Recently bought a Honda Civic from Morgans and the service from him and the team was outstanding. Morgan's communication was amazing. He really goes to extra mile to make it the best and easiest experience possible. I even received a video of the car once it was valeted and ready, which I really liked.
When arriving I was met with a very warm and friendly welcome, Morgan introduced me to the team, Ben and James, and I was offered a tea or coffee.
Morgan went into extensive details about the car, covering every aspect I could possibly think of, I love how open and honest he was. They even put the car on the ramp to show me the underneath. I just cannot fault my experience with Morgan and his team.

I will definitely be returning in a years time for a Services and MOT.
