Terrible. Do not buy from this organisation it is not Australian (they make out they are). The quality was pathetic not like the add and arrived damaged. Tried to get a refund and had to send it back to China. Hopefully they are no longer operating in Australia. We need more controls on these companies that advertise incorrectly. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The size guide is inaccurate so my items did not fit.
As a cautious online shopper, before buying I read the fake and misleading Trustpilot reviews on Mori which gave the impression that they were reliable and trustworthy. I wrongly presumed that Mori Australia was an Australian company and was prepared to risk paying for return items, only to find that I had to return items to China which made it not viable. I was offered a 30% refund which left me out of pocket a significant amount and feeling disgusted with the business ethics.
Purchased a coat from Mori Melbourne. There is no company in Australia. It is a Chinese E platform which sends the product you purchased from China. The coat was way too small and I asked for an exchange. You then get a generated bot message which offers you a small 30% refund and keep the product to stop waste disposal. If you insist on a refund the bot asked you to send the product back to China. There is never an exchange offer. Please do not buy from this scam Facebook China sales internet site. You will be very disappointed.You can never speak to an agent and their post service” Yanwen “ cannot exchange your product. I think it is illegal in Australia to offer products which are not fit for purpose without a full refund or exchange. Do not buy from them.
I purchased a pair of Johanna pajamas and they were nothing like the quality on the video/ pictures, they looked like a cheap fake pair compared to the ones advertised. The material was nothing like the pictures it was shiny and silk like. The return cost me $24 to send back to china and I’m still waiting for a refund. The customer service was great in responding to my return request but the product was not what they were advertising, very disappointed.
