Morizon Non Existent Customer Service/Resolution

Morizon has a very poor track record regarding customer service. The community are always complaining that they do not receive replies to emails. I have first hand experience of the same. I've been trying to resolve a simple issue since September 2025 to no avail! They've created a hub which is supposed to simplify matters but the outcome is the same. They simply do not deal with queries as I have 5 tickets outstanding. I like to support small businesses but good customer service is essential especially if your business is online.
