baffled by this one. cashed out £220 on the 12th. on the 15th the balance jumps back up by £220 and the history just says withdrawal cancelled by user. i did not cancel it, i was at work. chat says the system does that when a payment method fails validation, but there was no email and nothing on the site telling me. so i requested it again to a different card, and now that card has to be verified on its own. day 19 of trying to get my own money out.
