Ordered a throw with my 10 dollar credit, was send to another address, then they reordered it but said out of stock, so haven't heard from them so I guess I'm screwed out of that. Most times I'm very pleased at what I've ordered.

Ordered 11/28. Stuck still in Kansas City it is now 12/21. This will not make it for Xmas maybe never emails to DHL and to MorningSave no response now I have no recourse but to deal with this through my credit card. Do not purchase from this company they are not reputable nor customer friendly. All of their TV sales gives them a trustworthy presence it is just another front to take money from consumers. Buyer beware, find what you are looking for somewhere else
It is now 12/24/25, and I have no package; all that Morning Save sent me was a copy of FAQ and the tracking, insinuating that I wouldn't have read any of that. Pkg was not moving from Kansas City at all now it seems to be stuck in Colorado for the last few days. Hawaii is a state and USPS has the same delivery guidelines for us because we are a state. Morning Save is treating us like we are a foreign country and that is how they shipped to me. Again, buyer beware. I have blocked the payment and disputed this purchase with my credit card company. Do not buy anything from this company they have absolutely zero customer service
It is now 1/7/26 items not received shipping says headed to next destination with an old expected delivery date of 12/23/25. The answer below of longer to Hawaii is because that way they don’t have to provide customer service. Their free shipping originally said 7-10 days they did not tell the truth. This company uses usps ground advantage so it trucks all over the continental U.S. and eventually goes to San Francisco where all packages headed to Hawaii have to fill up a container that then will go by boat. Why would a company choose that for the customer when they see the zip code. Subtract the amount the free costs you and send Hawaii and Alaska priority mail and charge that we would be happy to pay for that and get our packages in 3-4 days. Your shipping model does not work and your disclaimer is just NOT customer servicer. do not buy from this company no matter what unless you dont mind that they take your money and like me you dont get your purchase

Ordered 4 Sonos speakers. One came and was DOA. Emailed then for a defective return. They took care of the problem and sent a replacement out fast. Thanks.

Yes the prices are very attractive. But buyer beware. If you are unsatisfied or the item does not function as described you will not be able to return it for a refund. And they also charge for shipping fees to return. I have learned my lesson and will not order anything from them again. View your deal as a great way to save and they are excellent at customer service because the products are coming straight from the manufacturer.

I purchased three different items. 2 of the 3 were delivered with no problems. The third item (most expensive) was delivered to the wrong address. Fed Ex took a picture of the delivery location. It was clearly not at my home. FedEx is no help as I can't get past the automated system to speak with anyone. I have emailed Morningsave three times with no response. They do not have a phone number. It appears that others had good experiences with Morningsave. I was not that lucky.
