Wish i could give zero stars

Wish i could give zero stars. Waited 3 months for an item, i sent multiple emails in this time to which to each was replied please wait two more weeks and take contact, request for a refund was refused until i chased down the item and was able to prove it had been sent back to the warehouse and was not ‘on its way’ as promised. All items appear to come from china so expect a long delivery time and no autonomy or control from the company.
