It's no secret that the outsourcing industry and be extremely exploititive of their employees and can often be difficult to work with, especially those at the top. But Morph truly sets the standards in the quality I would hope for.
1. Most importantly, they take care of their employees. They truly care about them as individuals and go out of their way to make sure they are taken care of (financially and personally), and lead them towards the best opportunities they can. It has been so refreshing to partner with a company that cares about the employee experience as much as I do, as I have spent a lot of time fighting with companies to invest at the level I expect.
2. They are extremely collaborative. They speak with us often about our goals, and look for ways to support it, whether that be in hiring needs or new technology.
3. They hold their employees to high standards, and always make sure they take responsibility of performance and outcome.

The leaders of this company are passionate, hard working, loyal, and transparent. They may be a smaller BPO brand, but I gladly send everyone I know to get in contact with them because the investment has proven to be worth it.
