I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company.

I placed an order for Vert Gothique directly through their website, and the package was ultimately returned to sender through no fault of my own. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails—at least five attempts—to resolve the issue, and I have received absolutely no response or support.

This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a brand positioning itself in the premium space. Communication is a basic expectation, and the complete lack of accountability or assistance has left me with no choice but to proceed with a chargeback.

Very unfortunate experience. I will not be purchasing from this company again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious.

*I ordered some items from morris motley two months ago, where I paid immediately. The problem is that I never received my items. I have tried to contact them but with no response :(((
