A young lad called Haider visited my house last week I missed him but left a card with a contact number. I called the number and asked if he can come back to take the readings very polite person he said he will be back in 5 mins as he was working down the road, he came back at the exact time he said he will come he spoke to me in a polite manner and had a smile on his face. Amazing employee

Amazing employee

I have severe mental health issues, a guy called Andy came today to sort my gas out because my support worker messed it up and i was left without gas for 1 week. I met Andy before and he was great, very kind and understood me and how to interact with me. He came again today to get my gas back on. He arrived within 15 minutes of me speaking to a SP via live chat. He was very concerned about my well being and what has happened and immediately reassured me and gave me a lot of support as my mental health up the wall. If only you could realise how much he helped me and how touched i am. You have a very special guy there working for you. A very honest, caring man who instinctly knew how to deal with me on the 2 visits. I have had many people lose their patientence with me in the past because they simply haven't got the patience or the compassion and do not understand mental health issues- on the phone and in person and i'm always worried when someone comes.
If only you and Andy knew what he did today, - it's priceless to me. This guy should be training people, he's a natural.
Above and beyond doesn't come to close.
Felt like positive therapy both times.
I should have sent feed back last time.
Please show Andy my feedback, he is such a credit to you.

Don’t understand why they need to take…

Don’t understand why they need to take metre readings when I submit them monthly. The gentleman was polite enough but I just don’t understand the reason behind it. A little suspicious, fortunately the metres are in a shed outside, would be very reluctant to let them into my home.

Don't let them in!

Had someone from this 'company' knock at my door wanting to take a gas reading, I have smart meters all up todate digitally he said that the company's are giving out false info and they are not sent digital(hes the lier), told him I don't know who he is who the company is only my provider can read my meters and I would have an appointment for their call out, so to get off my property right now.

Rang my provider who staited to me they did NOT send anyone to check my meters and I am up todate with reading, they have asked for my ring doorbell video (which I have provided) this was clearly a scam to get into my house, this person didn't knock at my neighbours ether side who back smart meters and with the same provider, clearly an opportunist.

I have their card and the mobile under he is useing, creeply he had my first name somehow but thankfully not my last.

DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN, SAY NO AND CALL YOUR PROVIDER!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and…

Absolutely disgusting behaviour and service. They turn up unannounced at any time of day, raise court orders for “refusal to open the door” even though I have never been home during one of their visits. They left no correspondence to say they’d tried to visit nor made any effort to make an appointment to make sure I’m home.

On the third occasion they gained entry and installed a smart meter without my permission. I was on holiday at the time but luckily my dad saw them trying to gain access otherwise they would have broken in whilst I wasn’t home!!

Despite all of this, I am still getting unexpected knocks at the door for meter readings! What is the point in forcing somebody to have an automated meter when it doesn’t do what it says on the tin??? Sick to death of them

Disgusting, rude and unprofessional

Got a visit from a rude lady who was persistently knocking on the door, my disabled children were at home with an elderly grandparent, tried to speak to her through my ring doorbell to let her know to call back, she ignored me, then decided to attempt to get a meter reading from the box that she could not open, went back to get tools, came back, damaged the box and my property, literally tried to take the box off the wall!!! She saw my daughter who is partially sighted and disabled through the blinds and tried to coerce her to open the door, she left my daughter petrified, absolutely disgusting, will be taking this further.

Pushy and Rude

Just had a person ring my door bell telling me that they needed to read my gas and electricity meters, explained that that it was inconvenient as I'd have to move furniture and empty my understair cupboard and that I had a letter from my supplier two days before asking for meter readings and I was going to submit them online as usual and didn't want strangers in my house. Not taking no for an answer he then said that he must check the meters for damage and wear, ask if he was Gas Safe qualified to which he said 'No' so how could he sure of what he was looking for, maybe needs training on customer service ie not trying to bully his way in and listening to what the customer says in the first place....wouldn't recommend is company at all
