I engaged with initial conversations several months ago where he layed out all the options I had including BTL mortgages. When I finally found a place, he swiftly found me a mortgage for me. After a couple weeks, mortgage rates lowered and he was quick to act and get me on the cheaper alternative saving me over £120 per month. He has stayed in close contact and offered support in other key aspects of purchasing a property.

Dealt with Patrick. He was absolutely brilliant in assisting me with a remortgage. He helped me with all queries nothing was ever a problem. His knowledge and professionalism was second to none. I would 100% recommend mortgage experience!
