Our advisor Josh was totally professional throughout the whole process, explained every in detail and was on hand to answer all our questions. Even when we encountered some minor issues he was reassuring making sure we felt in control, I would definitely recommend Mortgage Experience Ltd as a company and if you get Josh as your advisor then you’re in safe hands.

My adviser, John Carey-Shields, did a great job. he processed and updated my mortgage application quickly and accurately and was pro active in getting me a great deal.
Support staff were also on hand to help out whilst John was away on holiday.

Caryl is brilliant mortgage advisor with a whole of Market approach. She secured an adverse credit mortgage for my nephew when everyone else said no. She's also been fantastic with me. Caryl works around the clock and is only ever an email away. She takes a very in depth approach it's just about the numbers, Caryl advises based on the individual circumstances, aspirations and financial goals. If you just want a gold deal, or you've been turned away elsewhere try Caryl, of anyone can she can.

She was absolutely amazing when helping to get my first time mortgage,I am self- employed , a first time buyer , buying a house alone, but before I applied mortgage from high street broker unfortunately i didn't get it .
I spoke a lot of broker so i know that i would not have been able to do this on other broker.
I was very nervous about trying to get a mortgage due to time scale of auction plan only 56 days. I have only 28 days only left .because waste my time other broker.
She was very professional yet caring and kind. she kept in constant contact with calls and emails and updates.She given excellent advice on our mortgage and related insurances.

As first time buyers myself and my partner Nathan were recommended to contact David Surman for help with buying our first house. Dave was brilliant and made our experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went above and beyond for us, with his advice and dealing with estate agents/solicitors on our behalf.
