When we have life event changes we go to her for help with our life policies to look at making any changes to make sure our family is always protected. One thing I want to thank Lynsay for which really shows how much she cares for her clients is for the help she recently gave us in regards to my mums life policy. My mum was recently diagnosed with a critical illness and she helped us by looking into her policy. My mum was going to look at new policies with her and Lynsay advised the cover she already had in place was more than sufficient for her and there would be no need to look at a new one as her monthly payments would end up increasing. Kevin at Mortgage It made the remortgaging process easy, presenting all options clearly during the initial consultation. They secured a mortgage with a new lender that met my requirements with communication being quick throughout and all my questions being answered.

Mortgage It has continuously monitored rates over the 6 months between the initial offer and my remortgage being completed, saving me £3460 over my 5-year term. A new rate was secured several times, including my finial offer which was just a few days before my remortgage was completed.

My mortgage requirements changed over a few months but that wasn't a problem for Mortgage It.
