Zoe Sharp and Harry Burkill of Mortgage Key have been absolutely marvellous. They both have been polite, patient and responsive in dealing with our mortgage and remortgage matters. In a recent transaction, we took the lead in a mortgage race thanks to the efforts of Zoe Sharp, for which we are grateful. 5 star service from start to finish!

I was unsure if I would be to obtain a re-mortgage, mainly due to the fact of being a Director of a limited business, thus receiving a low basic salary and the rest of my income from dividends. Coupled with the fact that the property is a flat, where I jointly owned the freehold and some outstanding personal finances which I’d used to start the business - I thought it would be non-starter.

However, from my initial phone call to Key, I was put through to an advisor, Zoe Sharp, who after confirming some details with her, put my mind at rest that she could find a solution for me. 24 hours later she called me back and explained my options, and happily agreed to proceed. There were a few hiccups through to completion, but that was nothing on Key (just down to a fussy underwriter at the mortgage lender). Rest assured though, Zoe put my mind at rest every time and resolved everything. I can’t thank Zoe enough for putting up with my phone calls and emails and ensuring that my remortgage completed. Additional thanks goes to Shannon in the Processing Department and Abby in Completions.

I really feel that Mortgage Key are a customer orientated business - which when you’re dealing with personal finances makes a significant difference. Dealing with the same person is also really helpful. I couldn’t recommend Mortgage Key (and Zoe) enough.
