As Founder, President & CEO with Mortgage Ride, I am dedicated to provide financial solutions for professionals, their clients, individuals, and families to help them make informed mortgage decisions that integrate with their personal financial plans. Many of my clients are referrals from legal, taxation, family planning, insurance and investment professionals assisting in achieving our client’s goals. In the process, I have been fortunate to serve the professional community for their personal needs as well. My true, long term relationship with the client begins with the closing. When I handle every transaction in a manner that creates the highest degree of client satisfaction possible, I have earned their business, as well as all of their referrals. My goal is to become their trusted loan advisor for life! I strive to earn this privilege by implementing three major steps. Step 1: I analyze my client’s current financial situation (where they are now) and, through the interview process, establish their priorities, regarding their financial wishes (where they want to be). I then match their current financial situation & future financial wishes with a mortgage solution that is tailor made to their goals (it gets them on the road to where they want to be) the best aligns with my client’s life style. Step 2: Once my client and I have agreed on the loan program that best fits their financial plans, I expeditiously close the transaction and keep my client informed and educated throughout the loan process. Step 3: Once the loan closes, my job truly begins. Through consistent application of my database & Clients for Life Contact Program, I stay in touch with my clients on a regular basis, advising them on how to best help themselves overcome their challenges, adding true value to the relationship. In the long term, I provide the client with a “one stop shop” for all current market trends & professional services referrals. In conclusion, I strive to earn the privilege of becoming a trusted financial mortgage planner to my clients “WOWing” them with remarkable financial value that they consider me to be a vital part of their financial lives.
