Tiles not delivered and money not refunded

I ordered tiles from this company. I was contacted by the delivery company who told me that I had to pay over £1,600 in anti-dumping tax for these tiles being delivered from China. Mosafil then seemed to change some delivery details and this tax was cancelled. When the tiles arrived over half were missing. I have repeatedly called and emailed the company who have not replied. I guess that I have lost my money. I would not advise anyone to buy from this company

Ordered 77 sheets of mosaics and only…

Ordered 77 sheets of mosaics and only half got delivered.
I didn't notice this until my tiler told me and now mosafil have ignored all of my emails.
I've sent from email address and directly over the website.
I have done this several times over the last 3 weeks and I am still being ignored. The telephone number is to Germany and nobody picks up.

Very unprofessional and I will be taking things further to get my money back for the missing mosaics.
