I ordered two different products: pleated screens and flexscreen. The pleated screens work great and the installation instructions were clear as well as the measurement guides.

The flexscreen and subsequent customer service that is the reason for this low review. I followed their measurement guide provided however when the screens arrived they were about 1cm shorter at the corners than I ordered. The result, they are too small and the window wont close. I've been told it's normal for the factory to make them smaller and because it's a custom order that no refund can be given. So basically I'm out significant money through no fault of my own. Not a great way to do business.

We ordered twice from this business, website is good, quality of the products is decent (not the best but not crap) BUT delivery time is absolutely horrible - the second time we ordered, after a week we sent an email asking whether the products are on the way (3 mosqueteras, a super small order) and only the next day did we receive an automated mail that our order is processed, and after ANOTHER week or so did we get the tracking number for the actual delivery.

So, if you like waiting a month for a simple mosquito screen, then go for this business.
