Terrible experience — do NOT use this company!
If the court or anyone recommends Jane Moss Appraisals, insist on a replacement immediately. After their appraisal, my apartment — which has a worse view — was valued higher than another unit in the same building that has a far better view and location.
They compared my property to apartments in downtown areas that have absolutely nothing to do with my neighborhood. Their report was full of false information — they wrote I have hardwood floors (it’s laminate), wooden doors (they’re hollow), and marble (it’s tile). When I asked them to correct the report, they refused to make any changes.
To make it worse, they even listed my one-bedroom apartment as a two-bedroom. This is beyond unprofessional. Their valuation can seriously hurt your property sale or legal case.
Avoid Jane Moss Appraisals at all costs. Worst service, careless work, and zero accountability.
