Save your housing case and do not use this firm!

The most rude, unkind, unprofessional, lazy and tyrannic solicitor I ever dealt with works at Moss Beachley Mullem & Coleman Limited. Do not go for this one man only firm for housing / homelessness matters.
He takes you in, will help you a bit and then backstab you. He works little hours like only mornings, does not act in your best interest by doing the least he possibly can to get the legal aid money and then chuck you out the cheapest and quickest way he can siding for the best interest of the local authority rather than yours and this possibly out of interest to get some private work assignments from them. I signed up as street homeless with this firm and was put right back on the street not long after their representation ended. He did not care to close my case properly and ensure I was the least ok and safe enough somewhere. He left my litigation on unreasonable hanging terms despite he knew I had no solicitor ready to take my matter on.
He additionally refused to transfer my electronic file to me so the solicitor I had found could not look at my case.
Against my wishes and best interest he cancelled my appeal to duty discharge which I would have won to negotiate an extremely poor out of court settlement consisting in an inhabitable and unsuitable basement in disrepairs. It is fair to say he compromised my case from a secure success to an unnecessary elongation of my street homelessness.
I trust he knows how to do only a few basic things but does not know how to move on a more complicated housing care case and let the council have the best instead allowing them to initiate another review whilst having me street homeless again. Very unprofessional and incompetent legal housing representation. Stay away.
