Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. “Technical difficulties causing delays in cancellation and refund”. Cancelled membership immediately due to realizing that the site is an absolute scam. Charges did not line up with what was listed on website because “banks can have variations in charges”. Was finally able to cancel and get 25% back of membership fee, but keeping a close eye on my account. Stay away from this site!

Deceptive and hard to cancel

This app takes you to a domain with a completely different name than the rest of its branding to collect your payment information. It tells you it will cost $4.95 a week. You sign up thinking you can cancel before the next payment — but the unrelated domain is nowhere in your browser history and can’t be found on Google. It is not linked anywhere on the branded site.

The app they get you to install after you pay says you are not subscribed (because you aren’t…in the app). There is nowhere to cancel there, either. I was charged $19 the next week.

I emailed customer service and asked them to cancel. They replied saying they had. Then I was charged another $75 the next week.

Eventually had to cancel my credit card and put in a chargeback request. Buyer beware. This is a scam.

Edit - they are replying to everyone here as though we have not already contacted them directly and been charged again. This is just fraud.

Unauthorised charges

I tried Mosso, wasnt my thing. Cancelled my subscription and Mosso tried to charge me again 3 x the original subscription charge. Luckily my bank sent me an alert, blocked the charge and cancelled my credit card.

Scam

Really poor, it’s a scam. The content is generic nonsense and they keep charging £42 a week, always a slightly different number so that it doesn’t flag with the bank. Impossible to cancel the subscription despite repeated requests. Avoid.

I cancelled my subscription weeks ago…

I cancelled my subscription weeks ago and was still charged €46. I have blocked the original Mosso account from taking money from my bank account, so they used a different account. Even though, I requested the full deletion of my account I was still charged and am currently being refused a refund.

After my analysis

After my analysis, Mosso came up with colors for me that I have never worn....I am true winter, always have been. They pegged me as summer. I spent at least an hour with the app. No headway was made. The app kept repeating clothes or outfits I had rejected...sometimes in different cominations but always the same few items.

I was a little disappointed with the…

I was a little disappointed with the capsule wardrobes create for me. When I found an item I liked, it would be out of stock on the site where it’s sold, or it did not come in my size. At the beginning, I believe, they asked for height and weight, then a description of you body type. The styles chosen fit me were not appropriate for my size , judging by weight.

Not what I wanted

I joined Mosso for some fashion advice, but it really seemed to be a way of selling clothes. I then wanted to leave and so far I can't unsubscribe. They kept promising to send me a link, but it never happened. I feel it's a scam.

Mosso is priceless

Mosso is priceless. Not only does it give you great advice on clothing, but saves you time and money. By visualising what you’re going to wear by generating an avatar/uploading a photo of yourself, you get a feel for the type of look you want and you get to ask a stylist to give a verdict on your trending styles based on your feminine archetype.

I would like to cancel my subscription to Mosso. It did not give me what I was looking for. It may be useful for a complete beginner, but most of what I have read is not new information to me. Please confirm cancelation.
