I have had an unresolved issue for several days, and the website has taken my money without any legitimate proof of payment.
I requested a withdrawal, and the status shows “Paid”, but the money never arrived in my wallet.
At their request, I sent them a clear video recorded directly from inside my wallet, clearly proving that the amount was not received.
Despite this:
Support keeps sending the same automated reply: “The transfer was completed”
They refuse to provide any video proof of the transfer
They do not provide a Transaction ID / Reference Number
They refuse to send any official written confirmation stating that the amount was transferred to my phone number
Any real and successful transaction must have a reference number and official proof, which they are completely unable to provide.
This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional, and I believe MostBet is deliberately misleading users and withholding funds.
I am posting this to warn others and will continue to report this issue publicly until my money is returned.

I made a deposit of PKR 1,800 on 31st December at 11:16 PM through Easypaisa.
The deposit was sent to Till ID: 441138761 (Bilal Mobile Shop).
Before making the payment, I carefully checked and confirmed that all the details shown in the app matched correctly. The transaction was completed successfully from Easypaisa.
