Fake products from China

Fake products from China. Advertised as a British company, but it isn't. I bought a 6 ball light as advertised on their website. The item had the same pic on the box when it was delivered. I therefore got an electrician to put it on. Only midway did i realise it was a completely different item. Took pics and videos of what i ordered and what was delivered. Their customer service had the audacity to tell me it's almost the same product and it's lovely so I should keep it. Won't acknowledge that they advertised a fake product, with fake contents inside. And won't give me a refund. Do not buy from this fake shop.
