Poor service, no delivery and refund hassle
I have made half a dozen orders but two have not arrived. Today is the second time, I have waited 2 weeks, poor correspondence from them and they agreed a refund today as the delivery appears to be lost in transit. Don't think I will be ordering again, not worth the hassle!

What a joke
What a joke! After having placed an order more than 10 days ago, i still hadn't received an email about its dispatch. I contacted customer service and was told the order must have been lost by royal mail. Nonsense! Where's the tracking number? Where's the dispatch notification email? It's an absolute joke!

This is my second review in some 14 days. First review's order ended in no goods as Royal Mail apparently smashed it all.
The second order I thought I would pay extra for the DPD service. That failed too. Another order smashed up in transit? You could not write this in a book a?
So again I have nothing to show but stress lines.
I now have my money back today but that is it. I give up, give in, surrender or whatever else. I'm done and never coming back!!

Friendly, helpful People
They just seem to be nice friendly people. Website very clear, and some 'Helps' to find Items, e.g. 'By Larder'. They did send all that I asked for. The Items, e.g. Mars Bars; Galaxy; twix; etc., that had short Eat by Dates, I just put in the Freezer - I've done that in the Past with no problems. I can't really do it with the Fizzy Drinks though. Those that I and my daughter cannot Drink by those Dates, I'll just have to take a chance and drink them anyway. 1 small Negative (not with them) I was annoyed with Parcel Force when they came. They took it all (2 Cartons Full) away again, t was a Friday, so they didn't re-deliver it until the following Monday. They could VERY EASILY have left them with my 4 Neighbours, literally all within a maximum of 20 feet, with one right next Door. I've now typed up a Note, Laminated it, and Blu-Tacked it to my Front Door.

I received my parcel super quick and it was filled with lots of my favourite snacks at amazing prices.
I love snacks and being vegan I usually pay premium prices. These prices are amazing .
Some of the goods were past best before date but still tasted great .

It does not mean that the food will be unfit for consumption afterwards. In fact, food can keep for weeks, months and even years after the best before date has passed.

Delivery was later than.promised. Also some of the beer arrived with broken bottles. Packaging was not goid enough.
Took a while to refund the breakage.
