Good value, great packaging and fast delivery.
Found some chili sauce I'd been looking for at a great price so ordered a case along with a few sweet treats and some electric salt and pepper mills (didn't need them, but the price was decent).
Bill was reduced with a voucher for first time shop, delivery was free (order over £40) and the order was picked, packed and shipped in about 2-3 days, being delivered on a Saturday lunchtime in perfect condition.
Large selection of products and the prices are fair for what you are ordering.
Would recommend.

Disappointed in the experience
Disappointed in the experience. Firstly was due to arrive on Monday but didn’t come to Tues. More vitally the packaging was very poor. We ordered flour and the product had been bashed and flour covered all our other products and the flour had to be binned.
More or less negated any savings. Disappointing.

Too old to use
The passata was 3 months out of date and when I complained I was told that the cost would only be refunded if I found it smelt or tasted off!

An expired best before date does not mean that the product is old in any way. 🙌
A best before date is simply a label that acts as a guarantee from the producer that the product is of exactly the same quality as when it was manufactured. 🗓 It does not mean that the food will be unfit for consumption afterwards. In fact, food can keep for weeks, months and even years after the best before date has passed. How awesome is that? 🤩

I am not happy at all.
A few of my items did not arrive!!!... And some of the products are about 3 or 4 months out of date already
The products were tiny and not the size made out to be when browsing.
The delivery was also late
Will not order again!

Parcel force claimed they tried to…
Parcel force claimed they tried to delver twice, which was incorrect.l, so had to end up picking items up. Box was damaged and fell apart as soo as I tried to pick it up. A shower gel was opened and spilled over everything else so had to get rid of my tissues.

Motatos website is easy to use and navigate. They confirm your order on the website as well as by email, keep you updated with what’s happening and tell you when your order is with the courier. The other advantages Motatos have are the discounts, the daily deals, and that they stop food going to waste

Sooooo much better than anticipated
I’d used Motatos a couple of times before and was perfectly happy but bizarrely what impressed me most was when things didn’t go as planned this time. My order got confused with somebody else’s but Motatos sorted everything so efficiently and without fuss. 100% satisfied!

Abbysmal delivery service, did not receive my order. After several days of to-ing and fro-ing was told my parcel was too damaged to be delivered. Will definitely not be placing any further orders, complete waste of time, hoping to get my refund back soon
