Terrible app experience. Unhelpful customer service.
I wanted to make an exchange. The app was faulty - the UI doesn’t scale to my phone screen, the top I wanted to exchange for didn’t show up in the list. Searching for the specific top just caused the app to be stuck in an endless load. I then tried on a web browser and reached the same issue. I reached out through customer support detailing this, didn’t receive any reply for 4 days, then eventually got a generic response saying in order to make an exchange visit the UK returns portal which is exactly how I ran into this issue before.

Absolute fork up on Motel Rocks behalf
I ordered a dress for a special event. I selected 2-Day shipping and paid an ADDITIONAL $21.99 for the expedited service. Turns out an employee at Motel Rocks selected 3-Day shipping for my package and the package was not delivered in time. Reached out for a refund as this was a mistake on their part and they refused to compensate for their mistake. I have a screenshot of UPS says 3-Day shipping was selected.

Quality has suffered over the years
The shirts are very pretty and the shipping is fast. However, the quality has clearly declined from a few years ago. Considering that the quality has declined the prices are too high.

Although the jeans didnt fit quite right, the service of my exchange parcel has been superb, i have exchanged twice now and both times have been superb easy with no extra fee involved.

Need to be consistent with sizing and length
I ordered 4 pairs of jeans all the same size and length but when they arrived they were all different fits and lengths which is really frustrating as now I have to send some back. Shame really as the ones that fit are really nice. Delivery times good. Will see how easy the return process is. A bit more consistency please!

I spent $130 on this dress specifically…
I spent $130 on this dress specifically because I am attending a concert on the 9th of may. I purchased it on the 25th of April and shipping to Aus said it takes 4/6 business days. It has now been 9 business days and the parcel has been sitting in Sydney for 3 days and the estimated delivery is the 12th of May. Quite disappointed, because I brought from this website specifically because I needed this weekend, not hopeful it’s going to arrive now
