Fail to respond to email enquiries/ after purchase sale

Actually bought vine eye screws and arrived quickly, good quality having previously bought some they've lasted well.

The only reason I don’t have moths eating my clothes is because I use the moth strips in my wardrobes and the repellent/ fresheners in all my Woolies . They are perfect

The bed bug lure us a very simple item. It's hard to know how effective it is if you don't have a problem which I now don't think we have. ( I now think it must have been a gnat that was biting me) However, it's worth getting just to check what is happening.

The service is fine but the product is defective in its design. The hanging ring should be a complete circle, not with a break at the top. it makes it less secure.

Exactly what I wanted ,a fine black net.Arrived before promised.

I have previously bought from Moth Control and been satisfied with the product.
However your web site has now changed.
I had great difficulty in finding the Pheromone papers which lure the moths to the sticky paper. I think I found them called Repellent Papers which are described as Pheromone papers that lure the moths. That is a contradiction in terms as repel would push away and lure bring to.
When I received the product it had a different label on 'Moth Monitor' and no expiry date.
Poor Specification

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately I needed to cancel an order soon after it had been placed. The person I spoke to was very helpful, cancelled my order without question and issued a refund straight away. Thank you🙂
