Dear Brenda,
thank you for your response.
I would be happy to return the package I received two weeks ago. Please send me a free return label so that I can return the order.
As the package has already been paid for, I would like to insist on a full refund once the returned package has been received.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to receiving the return label and the subsequent refund.
Kind regards,
