Misleading advertising — paid report missing the checks advertised
An appalling experience. I paid specifically to check a vehicle’s insurance write-off history and category. Their website advertises these checks, but the report supplied contained NO write-off result, NO total-loss history and NO category information.
These are crucial checks, not optional extras. Taking payment while failing to provide the advertised information is completely unacceptable.
Even the mileage was wrong: 38,564 miles was labelled as kilometres and incorrectly converted to 23,963 miles. How can anyone trust a vehicle report with errors like this?
I have demanded a full refund. A waste of money and time. I would not buy from this website again or recommend it to anyone.
