The tanks arrived on time. One of them had a defective track drive sprocket. Motion sent a replacement quickly. I'll use them for my future rc tank purchases.

Motion RC took care of an issue with a product quickly and professionally. It was a manufacture issue and not anything Motion did. I appreciate their customer service and will do business with them again any time.

I had crashed my plane and I needed a picture of how the front wheel doors were connected to the servo. I had searched the web and could not find a picture of what I needed. Ozzy from motion RC, took the picture I needed and sent it to me! This was super helpful and whar I consider great customer service! Thank you again Ozzy!

I ran into a small issue with an order, and Motion RC’s customer was immediately on it. Thank you, Martin, for your timely response to my note and perfect resolution. This is how customer should be!

I was having difficulty setting up flaperons on the Freewing 70 mm F-16. I tried multiple times with no success. The base model setup using the NX8 required a reversed aileron servo when the plane was set up without flaperons. In the end, to get flaperons to work required further flip switching in the transmitter and thanks to Matt at Motion RC this was achievable. Thanks Matt! Now I hope that the flaperons help with lower landing speeds while offering adequate aileron control.

I wanted a rc Corsair to build and fly. The crew at RC Motion have been so helpful in my new found hobby. They advised me and helped me order all items needed for my plane as well as walked me thru any problems I had with assembly. Motion RC responded promptly to the issue with my recent purchase. Dekek from customer service worked hard to get the replacement part to me as quickly as possible and kept me informed throughout the process. The service was excellent.

Ozzy in service was prompt and had a clear understanding of my problem. He came up with a fast solution.
The only negative is a week later I still don't have my warranty replacement parts.
When I purchase I get things in 2 to 3 days.
