What ever you do, please DO NOT buy a vehicle from MotionR Design. Jakub gives you all the sales patter but once they have your money you are screwed. Like previous comments I paid for extras and they took my money and haven’t delivered. I must have phoned over 40 times now and not once has he picked up the phone. I get the odd txt saying it’s being sorted. Surprise surprise, nothing happens 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Google now advises they are permanently closed !!!

Have been chasing these guys for months for a refund on a deposit placed on a van. Looking at reviews now it would seem like I’ve had a lucky escape! Been waiting for a £500 deposit to be returned to myself.

Explained to them I was waiting for some info back from accountants, but was told to place the deposit on the van to keep it, and if things didn’t work out I could be refunded.

Timing on the van wasn’t great for my company, so had to pull out from the sale. I have been offered other deals by motion R trying to keep the deal alive, but have explained our position and no refund has ever come. I have raised the issue with my credit card company, and can now see their website is down and by the looks the business has folded.

Be careful leaving any deposits should they continue trading, as you won’t get it back off their own back, be prepared to have a long drawn out process of being ignored.

With service like that, it’s not hard to see why it’s a sinking ship!

Bought the car unseen my mistake but going by the website they look topclass
How wrong was I car was sold as perfect on website, I paid for delivery and soon as I recieved it the delivery driver informed me car was not great condition .
scratches everywhere paint chips, inside was filthy crisps MacDonalds wraper child’s sock disgusting , engine bay full of stones and mud the parcel shelf was also missing I informed Jakub who said get it all cleaned and they will pay .
I then got car service done as did not trust them now and found a broken spring and worn break pad .
Again told to fix and they will pay .
total £740 still waiting for money call many times keep being told just waiting for the green light to send .
I now have ECU problems again been told to fix and they will pay mmmmm. Today I am going to message and tell them I am returning car as they have failed on the deal unless payment is made today . it’s shame I can’t add pictures as what I am saying does not do it justice and this is without the mechanical faults .

motion R absolute abysmal.

I run a business and have purchased many Vans and pick ups over the years and always used Fleet sale/Harpenden Vans who are absolute legends.

I wanted a specific spec and was the only reason I thought i would try someone else.
Jakub was the saleman I dealt with all long and i went over and over what I wanted.

when it turned up it didnt have the 1k option carbon stearing wheel fitted and it wasnt heated!! something I had asked for as an option
Also was told it has remote start like my ford ranger had but it doesn't.

They have miss sold me a optional extra that dont exist and have been waiting ten weeks for them to sort.
Jakub even has an amarok so lied about it having a heated steering wheel.

Few days before delivery I asked to make sure everything was all ready as my pal had experirenced a similar situation with the fitting of a custom steering wheel and had to sort it being fitted after delivery. I didnt want the aggro so said please make sure it is all done, was told yeah all sorted. Turned up no carbon sterring wheel and none of them can be heated!! liars, no attention to detail, worse ambient lighting than my old shape ranger which was another question and another lie.

Every week I ring I get the same bullshit. i'm paying interest on a 1k extra I havent got so this is mis selling finance and selling an option that does not exsist.

Remote start was an option I used all the time so time, so gone backwards and miss sold options and extras. I will be reporting to VW and financial ombundsman as ten weeks to sort and empty promises they are a proper shit house firm who dont know their products or talk shit to get the sale.

Do not use these use the firm mentioed above, they get everything right and are honest. will never go else were again.

Waited till Jan to write this to see if they would sort things out 10/10 for sales if you have a problem good luck getting things sorted spent 42k on a van for my partner to take kids to school van didn’t come with reverse camera so said I wouldn’t buy it but they promised they would get one fitted and would be like factory one well first 2 that got fitted was faulty and the third one that was fitted was the cheapest thing you have ever seen quality was awful all you could see was 1 foot of the floor behind u so now my partner won’t use it for school now cause you can’t literally see anything behind the van but the floor honestly the money they charge you for these vans just go with mrst definitely wouldn’t recommend buying from these at all wish I never did save your money and go with a better dealer

I picked my first Motion R Design double cab Custom up just over a year ago last August at the time I was dealing with Jakub who I found very helpful.

I was asking him about the new shape transit that were due to come out the begam of this year. He said that he would keep me in the loop as soon as they started to come through.

It was February this year that I received txt from Jakub with pictures and spec of how the new ones were going to look with Motion R spec. few texts back and for and the order was placed with extra spec added on which is will worth it. The order was place with Jakub with an estimate delivery tor my new Motion R of September.

I had a phone call of Jakub mid June saying that it had gone into production with an expected delivery beginning of September

The day came to pick up my new Motion R Design after a 200 mile journey from South Wales to Motion R Headquarters it was out with the old Motion R and in with the new one. The van is something very special and the quality of the work that goes into the production of the vans is second to none.

I am so pleased with my new Motion R Custom Dciv after hearing so much negative feedback with the new customs, after having it just for a fews weeks now I am well pleased with it, completely different from the old one so much better drives well with plenty of new gadgets on them.

Motion R have done a great job with the design and spec Once again Thanks to Jakub for everything he’s has done for me along the way answering all my questions,queries and the mechanism. Thanks to all the Motion R team for another great vehicle. Well done for all who are involved in the production from start to finish. 👍

I bought a van from the company , i seen it online made the call and picked it up a few days later. had no issues been contacted twice to ake sure i was happy very good company

Great truck , ford Ranger top spec .
Whole process was easy and the vehicle arrived perfectly . Ben was extremely helpful through the whole process and the vehicle looks stunning . Another satisfied customer 👍🏻

Excellent company to deal with. I bought my van 2 years ago and since then Ben and Sara have been excellent to deal with every time. I initially had some issues with my paint work and they arranged to have it in and repainted somewhere close to me in Glasgow. I then needed a new bumper because I scuffed it and now a new wheel because I cracked it and every time they're very responsive and reasonable with prices. Toying with buying another and wouldn't hesitate to use Motion R. Faultless service if you actually get in touch with them x

Sold my new motion t transit after 5 months! Lining to rear door fell off 1st day (not fixed properly) drove through a large puddle at moderate speed which caused the rear splitter to break off! Was quoted from motion r £1000+ to replace and fit! Scared to take it to a car wash in case something fell off. Poor quality Would never buy one again or recommend them to anyone!!

really know their stuff, their vans are cool, very unique and modern vehicles.
