I ordered a $140 pink lotus wall lamp
I ordered a $140 pink lotus wall lamp, was so excited for it, and it arrived to my house after a couple weeks DAMAGED. I emailed the customer service the same day it had arrived damaged, I followed up twice, and never receive an email back. So, I disputed this transaction with my bank.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! I also received a delivery notification from AliExpress the same day it arrived… don’t know if this is where they really get their products from or if it’s related at all but that was fishy to me. Finally after disputing with my bank, Motivo Decor responded to my email saying to send the photos… WHEN THE PHOTOS WERE ALREADY ATTACHED TO THE ORIGINAL EMAIL. Their email response had misspellings too. Just a hard time all around. I just want my refund for an unusable product, and they make reaching them extremely difficult. My dispute with the bank is still open until further notice because this company has proven to be unreliable.
I made a Trust Pilot account just to post this review because I tried to leave a review on the product and customer service on the website, but it does not show up!! SCAMMERS!!
