Great service with a happy helpful attitude. Especially for this time of the morning 😊

Awful cheating experience I was in the gaming area playing I had credit on 2 machines in the gaming area I walked from one to another about 2 machines away so not far when I left 1 a group of watches that are there all the time came in started playing my machine I let them know I was playing and it’s my credit they told me if I walk away the can go on it I let staff no not realising they were friends of the staff that worked there the staff then agreed that if I left the machine anyone can have it I did explain that I had £232 credit on the machine I was told unluckily.
Have been in Exeter three times in as many weeks at differing times of day/days of the week & the common denominator is how filthy the place is - floors, tables & chairs covered in litter & waste food. I get that the general public should put things in the bins provided but many won’t so there needs to be a back up plan - a team to wipe down surfaces & dispose of rubbish.
Ryan service was perfect, defiantly will be coming back here again at Burger King
Moto services offers 2 hour parking whereas others services allows 3 hours.
Generally takes about 10-15minutes navigating the queues to find a space, then another 5 minutes walking back to eatery, for mad rush to toilets, queue for urinals, wash basin, hand dryer etc, that takes 15- 20 mins, stroll various food outlets to decide what to get, queue again, then maybe stop over at M&S for water, chocs, another queue to pay, then hands loaded, trying to find an empty clean table is another task, by then almost 30-40 mins gone before I can finally sit down to enjoy my refreshment.
Post rushing through my food, I need to use the toilet again, which again needs another 10-15mins.
At my last visit to a Moto services, I had a dizzy spell when I got up too fast attempting to get back to my car before the free 2 hour period ended, had to sit back down, abd waited until I felt better.
A week later I got a PCN attaching photos showing I was 18mins over the free 2 hour period. I appealed attaching my doctors letter and my detailed NHS prescription slip stating I have a chronic heart condition and my Cardiac meds can cause sudden dizziness etc.
The parking company rejected my appeal.
Perhaps the two hour period suffice a fit 20-40 year old for this purpose, but it's unfair and unrealistic to apply the same criteria to a mature 66yo individual who has a chronic heart condition. Furthermore a motorway services is meant for motorists after being cramped in a car for hours, to stretched, walk about, relieve themselves and satisfy their hunger and thirst etc which are extraordinary needs of motorist's from service stations which is why motorists are expected to pay exorbitant prices, compared to a normal cafe in city centre, yet Moto services and their contracted parking services are ignoring their primary responsibilities by not bothered to make the entire experience pleasurable, instead ignoring apathy and compassion simply to increase their corporate profits.
I now refuse to use Moto services if they insist on only offering 120minutes when other services can offer 180minutes.
Stopped at Cherwell Valley on our journey to Kent.
Staff and service were superb. It's clean but tired and needs refurbishing.
My mother left her handbag on a chair in the services. We didn't realise until we were back home. I phoned the service station. They had the bag. I arranged for it to be collected via a courier. They parcelled it up for us and were so helpful and communicative.
Within 48 hours the bag was returned, nothing was missing and they staff had wrapped it up extremely well.
Amazing service and very helpful staff.
The quality of their premises is poor. Toilets are poorly cleaned. Roads and car parks are full of potholes. Amex is no longer accepted. The one good thing is that they have Costa and Pret.
Stopped at Stafford service station on my return North . I use to rate this service station , the standards have dropped so much it is unrecognisable !
Dirty , filthy stop . I parked in the caravan parking area , no signage to tell you how to walk to the services , through the smelly lorry park we discovered and across the exit road !
Only one of the three handryers was working in the gents toilet , the urinals were very smelly .
Won't be stopping at this North bound service station again . Yet the South bound services were relatively acceptable by Moto' s standards !
Awful…just awful…everyone I drive into has potholes everywhere…don’t they care about their customer experience…the retail experience is pretty poor…if only Westmorland had more around the country at least they know what customer service is…at least they seem to be fixing the toilets…definitely profits before customer…totally shocked by the prices…how can they justify…shame they used to be pretty good…I’ll be using Roadchef or Welcome Break from now on
Was recently hauled to Cherwell Valley by Green Flag (and then abandoned). Moto Hospitality completely refunded my parking fees when I explained the situation. Excellent service from Moto Hospitality.
Arrived at Lymm truck stop yesterday to find that the restaurant was closed, according to staff "because it was not making any money". Then went to use the toilet only to find that there were only half of them working, and they toilets were not very clean at all. I spoke to a gentlemen working on site and he said "you are lucky to have a toilets at all because you lot had vandalise them!!" The internal area of the truck stop was just about satisfactory. There has been various promises made to improve life for truck drivers - but how is fast food, sandwiches, Pasties etc healthy? and the price of healthy food is so expensive on site. You offer a £10 meal voucher if you pay the additional money top of the basic £18.33 (plus VAT) parking fee but this can not be used in McDonalds and the like, so what is the point? On average you have 150 trucks parking each night during the week, I do not need to do the maths, and this is only the parking without what is spent else where on site. You are unable to manage to provide decent hot food and a clean site.
Hi I recently had cause to contact Moto Services senior team about a difficulty involving my son. He is suffering depression following a torrid time during covid.
In our experience the executive could not have been more kind and helpful It has certainly relieved us of a worry and taken a burden off of our son.
You have lived up to your motto Moto and brightened up our lives. Well done.
Charged for parking at Rugby services for 48hrs, cos it is such a scenic place to stay! Obviously I thought what better way to spend a weekend than sleeping in my car at Rugby Moto with my dog being unable to even enter the services building. Alas, I didn’t fulfil my sleepover dreams and actually more logically popped into the service station both on my outward and inward journey to my in laws in Crewe. Visiting twice over 2 days for a total of 30 minutes, not 48 hours. Thanks so much for reaching out though, so happy to support your car park with £170 cos your debt collectors refuse to take appeals.
