Do not use this company they are crooks! I returned a top for a bigger size they have my return and my money and stop replying to any emails. My bank are now pursuing my refund and will be reporting this company

Never received refund for returned items
Received items which were the wrong size and did not live up to my expectations wrt quality. Immediately returned the items - had proof off delivery via royal mail. Attempted numerous times to contact Motoboss via chat, email and facebook with no response. Motoboss still has not processed my refund (£130) nor made any attempt to communicate with me.

This company are crooks do not buy they will take your money then send you a cheap wrong item from china,I ordered a BMW 4XL bike cover supposed to be heavy duty with BMW logo on the side what turned up was a 2XL cheap material that you can buy for £10 of EBay emailed them no reply I’ve also reported them to facebook as that’s where the link was the bike cover cost £52 what a mug
