The delivery came earlier than expected and was exactly what I ordered... An Ice Bear Trifecta. There were no instructions for assembly, but that is the fault of the manufacturer... Not the retailer.
I was able to assemble it without difficulty, and it started right up and has been running well since.
There was a small damage issue with a rubber handle grip, and I requested a replacement... An email came with a tracking number for the part two days later.
Overall I'm very satisfied with this retailer.

Thanks guys. I love my new ice bear fuerza. Ordered Monday, received Friday. Went together well and started right up. Everything works. Looks great. Customer service is awesome. Just waiting on paperwork so I can order tags and get my knees in the breeze. Very pleased.
Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. They have no care for service after the sale. They don't care to help you they don't care to follow up they don't care that you've paid for a warranty and they don't care to support the consumer all they want is the money up front. I've been dealing with a faulty part on the go-kart for over 30 days and nobody wants to respond and settle this warranty Parts situation. I bought this for my disabled daughter so I can drive her around my property and I can't even do that because these folks don't stick to their word when it comes to service and warranty. Bob was a Salesman that got involved when he shouldn't have never documented anything so service and warranty or parts had no idea and refused to communicate with me since I was dealing with bob. But Bob hasn't told Ken and hasn't told Charlie of our conversations therefore it never happened in their eyes because he never documented their system. Now I get an email from Bob saying he should have never gotten involved. Well Ken got involved and Charlie got involved and neither one care to respond to my daily emails or text messages. Don't buy from this place

The salesman helped me pick the right moped for me. Which was a 150 cc, disc brakes, and it also had a trunk on the back.
Later on when my moped was stolen customer service emailed me a copy of the bill of sale. This helped me prove that the moped was mine. Then the the insurance company paid me and now I'm back here looking for a replacement moped.

Bad Santa... terribly disappointed
Bought a Trailmaster Mid XRX/R for my child for Christmas. It arrived in non-working order. The company did not respond to my inquiries for help until 10 DAYS AFTER CHRISTMAS, and then it took 3 HOURS OF MY TIME ON THE PHONE WITH THE MECHANIC to get it working. No apology, no NOTHING. I had to explain why Santa delivered a "broken toy" to him. They didn't give a flying potato. All they wanted was their money and... "next"... NEVER again will I buy from them. Even waited a few months, in case they'd get around to reaching out after I expressed my dismay. Nada. Crickets... SMDH

This turned out to be a great company, I'm was very concerned in the beginning as the customer service department is Difficult to reach by phone, emailing them works better and they and the technician are Extremely Knowledgeable, I am not a very patient person, relax and everything works out!! Don’t believe the 3-5 days
Don’t believe the 3-5 days before shipping. My order for two motorcycles too 35 days. Yes on day 28 they answered my emails and phone calls. When I say 35 that is only counting Mondays-Fridays.
The bike is awesome to ride except the battery was missing and I had to buy a $150 battery. They won’t respond to my email about the battery so we waited so long I bought one.

Prices are good. Staff is attentive, helpful and welcoming. My order took just a little longer because of how far away I live from them. They let me know promptly that it would take a little longer and didn't leave me in the dark, I appreciated that a lot.
Motobuys cares about giving quality service
I chose motobuys after a different company didn’t have the time to return my email. I emailed motobuys and they responded in no time (I still haven’t heard back from the other company 😂). The ordering process was easy and they supplied a tracking number within 6 business days. I’m located in PA and received my Trailmaster 35, 12 days after ordering. The bike came in pristine condition. My only complaint is that the bike doesn’t come with assembly directions. I had to use a competitor’s assembly video on YouTube with a similar bike. No big deal if you have some kind of mechanical ability. Order from these folks, the customer service is amazing!
I bought 3 atv's and a bike from Moto…
I bought 3 tv's and a bike from Moto buy. Even though I paid for the assembly, they did not do it right. First 125, the throttle was stuck because of tightening. For the second 125, the rear brakes were stuck because the foot brake was adjusted wrong. The bike didn't start and that is my next thing. I had appointments for all three but no one called. I would NOT buy from Moto Buys, save the money and go to your local or closest shop for a Chinese quad.

I purchased a RPS 125DLX 17" front rim 14" rear. Well they shipped me a different model and want me to pay 15% restock fee and return shipping of $400 then proceed to tell me they don't sell that model on their website it says that's the model I bought on my receipt shows the picture of the bike the name the SKU and then tell me you don't sell that bike they clearly don't give a flying F about their customer I just spent over $3,000 at this store and they can't even make this right by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life they act like our hard-earned money is nothing as long as they're paid where's the integrity?? Please make this right motibuys. Andrew was no help at all and BOB never answered any calls or emails.

Bought an Ice Bear bike from them. First of all came with no instruction manual for assembly, so had to figure that out for myself. Second the bike was defective, and the battery cables weren't long enough to reach the battery, how do you mess that up? They never returned or answered my calls, so now I'm stuck with a $1400 paper weight. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Bought a Trailmaster scooter in June…
Bought a Trailmaster scooter in June 2023. It doesn't start. We reached out to them by phone and email numorous times and tried to take advantage of the warranty. Nothing got resolved. Reached out to the BBB and they did nothing . At the end of it all Motobuys offered to allow us to return it for a full refund if we paid the $600 in return shipping charges. $600!!!! So it sits unusable. We will be reaching out to the States of Texas attorney general and small claims court.
